Par veterinārajām zālēm, kuras
atļauts izplatīt ārpus aptiekas
Lai uzlabotu bezrecepšu
veterināro zāļu pieejamību mājas (istabas) dzīvniekiem un
veicinātu cilvēkiem un dzīvniekiem kopīgu parazītu apkarošanu, kā
arī paaugstinātu specializēto tirdzniecības vietu darbinieku
kompetenci, pamatojoties uz Farmācijas likuma 24. pantu,
nosaku:
1. Apstiprināt mājas (istabas)
dzīvniekiem paredzēto bezrecepšu veterināro zāļu sarakstu, kuras
atļauts izplatīt ārpus aptiekām (specializētajās tirdzniecības
vietās) (pielikums).
2. Par rīkojuma 1.punktā minētā
saraksta aktualizāciju atbildīga Pārtikas un veterinārā dienesta
Veterināro zāļu uzraudzības daļa.
3. Rīkojums stājas spēkā ar
2006.gada 10.oktobri.
4. Kontroli par rīkojuma
izpildi uzdodu veterinārās uzraudzības departamenta
direktoram.
5. Rīkojumu publicēt laikrakstā
"Latvijas Vēstnesis".
